SA Women Fight Back will be using your volunteer information provided to contact you regarding methods of volunteering and membership.  You will have the right at such time to request removal from all databases and with each message sent an unsubscribe link will be provided.  You may also request to be removed from all databases by sending an email to [email protected] .

 

You may also request to see what personal information of you is stored by submitting a request to [email protected]. 

You may request us to delete all your personal information by sending an email to [email protected] , which will then be done within 30 (thirty) days, unless we have a reason to doubt the authenticity of this instruction.  SA Women Fight Back explicitly reserves the right to refuse such a request to delete your information if you reported any activity using our products or services which may be required in the investigation of a possible crime, now or in the future.

 

You hereby give us explicit consent to share all your personal and other information held by SA Women Fight Back with relevant authorities in case you were to die of unnatural causes or become incapacitated due to being the victim of a crime.

 

Your personal and use information may be disclosed to authorities, if SA Women Fight Back is required to do so by means of a court order from any court with jurisdiction in the Republic of South Africa.

 

Your information may be shared with third parties as identified in our terms and conditions, required to deliver the services and products provided by this website.  SA Women Fight Back does not take responsibility for the actions or policies of these third parties and it remains your responsibility to check their terms and conditions, and privacy policies.
